About Sandhan সন্ধান

Sandhan — Bengali for “the search” — is a free tool that searches every job board at once, so you don’t have to open a dozen tabs.

What it does

Instead of checking each job site one by one, Sandhan runs your search across 18 free public job boards at the same time — from Bangladesh (bdjobs, Skill Jobs, job.com.bd and more) to fully remote boards worldwide — and streams the results into a single, de-duplicated list. Every role links straight to the original posting so you can apply at the source.

How it works

When you search, Sandhan queries all its sources live in your browser, removes duplicates of the same role cross-posted to several boards, and labels each listing as Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite so you can filter by how you want to work. There’s no crawler running in the background and nothing is pre-loaded — results are fetched only when you ask.

Match scoring

Set up a short profile — your skills, target role, experience, location, and preferences — and Sandhan scores how well each job fits you, showing a match percentage and a clear “what fits / what’s missing” breakdown on every result. Browsing and searching are free and need no account; you only sign up to save jobs and keep your profile synced.

Sandhan started with strong Bangladesh coverage and grew outward to global remote and company boards, so whether you’re job-hunting in Dhaka or looking for a remote role anywhere, one search covers it.

Privacy & independence

You can look without an account, and we collect only what you choose to enter — you can export or delete your data anytime. Job listings are aggregated from public job boards and remain the property of their owners; Sandhan is an independent aggregator, not affiliated with or endorsed by any company or job board it lists.
